3. Shipping Fees

- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for all domestic orders over $100.
- International Shipping Fees: International shipping costs are displayed at checkout and are based on the weight of your order and the destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country.

- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- After 3:00 PM (EST): Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

5. Order Tracking

- You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the courier’s website or directly on LUXASONALI.

6. Shipping Delays
- LUXASONALI is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, or customs delays for international shipments.
- In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide updated tracking information.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost or has not been delivered within the expected delivery window, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging, and we will assist you with a return or exchange.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
- Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
- Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order to the correct address.
- Undeliverable Packages: If the carrier deems the package undeliverable, it will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange for reshipping. Additional charges may apply.

- Customs Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and must be paid directly to the customs authorities.
- Shipping Fees: International shipping fees are non-refundable.
